3/18 Pisces New Moon Reading

THE FOOL/PURPLE/THE CLOUD

The New Moon is on the way, angels! I'm excited to start bringing you these collective New Moon readings, intended to give a little anchoring and guidance through the weeks to come until the next New Moon. For this Moon cycle I've pulled The Fool, Purple, and The Cloud.

These cards pull us into a state of knowing everything and knowing nothing all at once. Very Pisces of them (side-eyeing in Earth sign over here). While the Fool walks off the cliff smiling, seemingly blissfully unaware of all the potential catastrophes that may befall them, both Purple and The Cloud remind us of our connection to ancient wisdom, collective consciousness, Source, intuition, Spirit, whatever you may want to call it. The Knowing that all of us have experienced at one point or another, oftentimes when we feel we're completely out of solutions only to find that we can conjure a solution once push comes to shove.

The Cloud is a representation of that collective consciousness. That Knowing that you can absolutely tune into, especially when you feel the most lost and foolish. The Cloud does help us be wise, but it doesn't make us unfoolish. And that's a good thing.

Being a Fool and being connected to The Cloud (or whatever else you choose to call it) are not mutually exclusive. It's a cliche because it's true: the more you know the more you realize you don't know. This Moon cycle, embrace the unknown. Walk off the cliff with a smile, knowing that you're GOING to be a Fool and that doesn't make you ANY less wise. Trust your intuition, trust those deep inner knowings, and when you feel like you just can't think of anything, tap in and let The Cloud refresh your memory. You know more than you know, y'know?

Purple connects beautifully to both of these energies. It very obviously connects to The Cloud in the sense that Purple is also associated with our connection to the Divine, intuition, and the spiritual in general. Purple also has a reputation for the eccentric though, and I see this connecting to The Fool: encouraging us to act on intuition and march to the beat of our own drummer. Even if sometimes it leads us marching right off the proverbial cliff with a smile--maybe we're smiling because it (which is also us, really) knows something we don't.

Over the next few weeks, remember that you don't have to have all the answers--but you're probably wiser than you give yourself credit for. Let yourself be The Fool and The High Priestess. Be a jester and a royal. See how quickly more Knowing finds you.
